About Fern

Fern has been a full time Realtor since 1985, servicing home Sellers and Buyers in the GTA, mainly Mississauga, Oakville and west Toronto. She's received numerous accomplishment awards in honour of her dedication and passion for her work.

Much of Fern's current business comes from satisfied past clients and/or their personal referrals.

An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a Certified ReDesigner & Home Stager (CRSS) - Fern's training and flair for interior design and decorating is put to good use when she stages her Seller’s homes to sell. 

A proud mother of two children and believer in giving back to the community. Fern is a volunteer for Brands for Canada, and major supporter of KW Cares, making a donation from every home she sells.

About Candice

Candice is committed to providing value and meeting your needs. Born into the real estate business, Candice has been exposed to the industry on every level.

A graduate from Sheridan College with an Advertising Diploma, Candice pursued a career in Marketing. She has worked with clients such as Loblaw, Rogers, and Microsoft, and learned how to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Candice’s marketing background, life long passion for real estate, and youthful energy are dynamic assets in helping her clients with all their real estate needs.
